One team. Dozens cabins delivered. One way of working.
Wildernest began with a question that wouldn't go away. What if small wooden buildings were built to the standards of real architecture? Not as garden sheds, not as hobby projects — but as architecture.
In 2015, with that question unanswered, we started building ourselves. The first cabin took a long time to build. Every joint was studied. Every material tested in Belgian rain. Every detail redrawn until it deserved to be built.
Ten years later, we've delivered dozens of cabins across Belgium and Europe. The workshop has grown. Eight people now, in the same workshop, building every project to the same standard the first cabin demanded.

Our workshop sits at the edge of the same forests our timber comes from.
The architect who draws your project works with the carpenter who builds it — and the same team who fabricated it will deliver it.

Read more→We do not outsource framing, subcontract cladding, or buy pre-cut components. Every cabin starts as timber in our workshop and leaves as a finished building. That has not changed since 2015. It's the shape of everything we do.
